Darladoo your muffin top is purdy!! wear them 18's loud and proud girlfriend!!! my daughter pointed out to me that my view of the muffintop was much worse than what others actually saw... I'm choosing to believe her on that one.

I like her way of thinking.  I always dressed to minimize the muffin top, even when the tonnage I was hauling around made the muffin top inevitable.  I see many people who wear theirs proudly, I need to learn to do so as well.  But I still hate it.

Hey girl!  I use the weight at my surgeon consult as my highest weight.  I know that I weighed more at one point, but I didn't weigh myself before this journey....I had thrown the scale out years before.  It wouldn't have registered anyway being over 300.  That's where my journey began as I was asked to lose 20 lbs before surgery.  It's really a decision that you make.  It's all been a journey and you did lose the weight from 265 to where you are today, so....it's up to you.

I used my highest weight, which was about 20 pounds more than my weight the day of surgery. I figured I had to lose it anyway...

I use my highest weight.  Well PNC has my highest weight as 265 and I say 260 because my scale at home has always been 5 pounds less than the scales at PNC and I use my scale's weight for my current. my highest according to PNC 265 my highest according to my scale 260 my weight before surgery 242 my current weight 148.9 just below 150 total WOW moment for me!!!!! I say you use what ever weight you want to use.  I go by my highest because it is important for me to know how much I have lost overall.

I use 261 which what I weighed bare naked at home before my consult with the nurse at PNC.  I think it is personal preference. Congrats on your weight loss no matter which weight you choose to use!!! Colleen

Debi, I use the weight I was at my first appointment at PNC because I had not weighed myself in a very long time before that and I believe that I was at my highest.  I would agree to use whatever numbe you feel most comfortable using.
