Thanks to Linda and Christi for calling and checking up on me!(I was a little bored in the Hospital!
)
So here's the scoop:
Wed I had went into the clinic for tests as I was feeling VERY tired, weak, and starting to feel dizzy again. Labs looked great, BP looked bad (74/48). She wanted to admit me I said can we try other stuff as we have been down this road and maybe a fluke. Couldn't do the IV fluids that day so I promised to go home and drink(and did 80 oz) and come back the following day. Thankfully my doc ROCKS! and say hestitantly ok. Went back, BP still the same, pumped 2 liters fluids no change and she said OK, you're going in! *sigh* ALL THE SAME tests, all the normal results. I INSISTED that it was hormones and my idea was thyroid. The rounds doc said ok, let's test them. Normal. The he said maybe wrong hormone and tested my Adrenal Gland(1 day wait). Next day I had a doc that I disagreed with(I became "cranky" with her
)as she stated to me that I was "just depressed!! GRR!! I told her "fine, that's your opinion, please write me out a script for something non-narcotic for my headaches and discharge me and I will go to my PCP and discuss further options
". So, she sent the intwernal meds doc in to see me and low and behold it was my old PCP who quit to do hospital doc!!! She said she would NEVER had recognized me (WOW moment
). SHE agreed that I was NOT depressed and that it was hormonal and she said after looking at my tests she felt it was my Adrenal Glands. IT WAS NOT WLS related BUT that when I was obese that it helped keep my BP more normal (pre op I was 115/70). So, she put me on a medicine to help keep my BP up and it started to work RIGHT away!! I just got home today and FEEL great (maybe a little TOO feisty
).....SO ONCE AGAIN!! Be your own healthy advocate! I KNEW it was something hormonal out of whack.

Hi Dear! SO TRUE! But I will admit that I got cranky with her because SHE didn't know me from adam AND HELLO! MY doc wouldn't send me to the hospital for depression! DUH!
