Not Until November!!!

Not until November can I get into the MAYO clinic specialty for my condition!!! Can you believe it!?!? So my good PCP is getting me into the U to rule out EVERTHING possible and then I wait...... Also, when I do go to Mayo I will have to stay there for one whole week

. My BP has come down a little again but not into the danger zone so I just keep getting my fluids in, eating more salt and hope and pray I don't dip too low. Thank you to all *****plied to my last post! I love you all and am so VERY thankful for such a wonderful bunch of people we have here. I was so overwhelmed by such love and support! Love and Hugs!!

My employee's husband was supposed to go to Mayo, but because of the long wait (6+ months), they sent him to the U where they were able to find out what was wrong with him. I can only hope and pray that the U will be able to help you as well.

That Sucks!!! I'm sorry. Hang in there tho. They will get to the bottom of this. It doesn't make it less fustrating, but they will.

That totally bites !!!! November!!! IF you end up going to Mayo, do they provide housing or are you actually in the hospital for a week? I sure hope they figure this about at the U before you go there. 5 more months of this would sooooo stink!!! PM or call me if you need to vent!!! XXOO

I'm sorry you have to wait so long. Hopefully they will find the problem at the U first and you won't have to go to Mayo. I grew up in Rochester and know how hard it is to get in for anything. Robyn

Sandie, Thank God you seem to have a wonderful PCP. I had my RNY at the U and was very impressed with the staff there. I hope they can find out what's wrong and get you fixed before you even need to think about going to Mayo. Love and hugs go out to you, Debi
