But honestly, my FAVORITE cheese, that I haven't been without for more than a day since surgery, is Crystal Farms PepperJack! LOVE that stuff! Plain, or melted into just about anything - Ali's rotisserie chicken soup, alfredo, ANY kind of canned soup - LOVE ME SOME PEPPERJACK!!!
(I agree on the Muenster, tho - melted on Triscuit? mmmm....)
