Been AWOL from the forum for many years!

And need to get back on track and re-connect.  I had my surgery in 2004 so its been a while!!  Anyone in that time frame still here? 

Welcome Back Lori......you were before my time but I am glad you are here.

There are many of up fighting regain and hoping to get back on track. I started exercising again and feel better already. I am also trying to cut the carbs.....not always so easy to do. I spent too much time grazing....not good!!
