I was originally part of this grooup back in 2007 when I had my RNY in St Cloud. My family and I moved around a bit and I lost touch with this group but always consider MN home. So I figured this was the best place to look for some support.

I am almost 5 years post op and ouch has the weight came back! I went through IVF in march of 2011 and those meds add on the weight. I was so so so lucky to get pregnant on the first try and delivered an 8 lb 13 oz beautiful baby girl on Nov 15th. Now the problem is how the heck do I lose all the weight?? I have developed bad habits as well as find it impossible to find time to work out which I hate anyways. I need to lose 30 pounds to get back to my goal weight. I really need to get back on track.

I'll be there. I was there on the 17th and I think I saw you leaving just as I was pulling into the parking lot. I ended up there alone. Figures. That's what I get for showing up 10 minutes late.   

I skipped the 24th in Eagan since it was Xmas Eve. Anyway, I'll be there tomorrow morning. Probably fashionably late like I usually am. See ya there.

OMG  I am excited to see you again.  I am so sorry it didn't work out for you there, I know how much your family means to you. I love you my sweet Connie, take care and I am glad you are taking care of you and what you need.

Congrats on your 2 yr surgiversary Tess. You have accomplished a great deal. You could try a plain whey and use a good quality vanilla like Watkins to flavor it and splenda or stevia to sweeten.
