Burnsville hmmmmm.....If I don't work maybe I can swing it.......Then I can finish Xmas shopping........

The best thing I can do to stay on track during the holidays? Drink more water! I'm still a little lacking in that department.
The coffee is at Burnsville Mall Panera Bread. Hope to see you there!
What has happened to our boards? We used to have alot of posts, and now we are lucky if it is every 2 days...... lets get it shakin in here.
So what are your plans for Christmas?
What are you going to do to make sure you stay on track?
Myself, we are having the inlaws here and my mom from Fargo. I am going to quit feeling sorry for myself and kick it in the toosh. If I feel the need to eat more than what is needed I will head to the gym or pop on in here and see what you all are doing and get some ideas from you all.....
Thank you all for the support, now I need to help give the support back....well try to anyway......
Now let it roll......................
Where is coffee this weekend?
I've tried the greek yogurt before and didn't like it. I do eat yoplait light white chocolate strawberry and dang is that good. Thank you for your words my Darla Lou..... I am heading to the gym tonight. I think I finished what beer I had last night, so I will try not to buy anymore....I am glad I have you guys...... I will try to make it to a coffee soon.
Love ya woman
I had the headache/head cold sort of thing--sadly the sort of thing that makes you stay home in bed and eat. (Unlike stomach flu, which is awful but at least has some salutory effect--you don't feel like eating anything!) So no exercise and much food was a bad combination.
I think taking my B12 shot early really made a difference in my energy level, tho. It's been hard, but I've gotten out of bed and exercised for the last 4 days in a row, and it is showing on the scale, so that's good. Plus I just feel better. I've come to really like the feeling of tired muscles all day--is that weird? If so, at least it's a good weird.
