I was listening to FM 107.1 today andf there was an advertised spot to find people with type II diabetes that are contemplating WLS. I tappears thise selected will have most of thier expenses coverd. Sounded like a U of M study. Check on the FM 107.1 site for details.

yes it does. It only makes a difference as to what health plan you have chosen. They all have different requirements before approving the surgery.
Call your health plan and ask them what the requirememnts are BEFORE you do anything.
