Topic: Looking for VSG to DS Revision
I'm not looking for a revision but I know someone who is. She's in ND and aparently there's no on in the whole state who does the VSG to DS revision. I've recommended she contact Dr. Buchwald - he only does open and she'd rather do lap - and Dr. IK - he requires a 1 year wait between VSG and DS. Any other ideas I can pass on to her?

Oh... and the reason why I'm seldom on this board is that most of you don't seem have my surgery (the VSG), and I prefer talking with people who've had a similar surgery...

Hey, that is very similar to my favorite quote.... "If you keep on doing what you've always done, you'll keep on getting what you've always got".

Yep, This is really a time to stick to our safe foods. Carbs or snacking can really mess up your mental side.

Please spay and neuter your pets!
I'm one of the ones that lost a LOT of hair post-op and got about 3/4ths of it back. Biotin and Nioxin didn't help me. I've been on rogaine since I was 16 and even using that didn't get all it back. I'm still glad I had the surgery though!
Please spay and neuter your pets!

Topic: I am a bottomless pit today...
Has this happened to anybody else? I don't know why, but I just can't STOP EATING today. I am trying to eat healthier options, but I had a snack mid-morning today, which I never do. More snacking this afternoon...
I have been exercising a lot, and trying to ramp up the intensity, but today was an "easy" day. Maybe not enough exercise?
I don't know but I need someone to take the fork away (figuratively speaking.)

I lost about 1/3 of my hair between 3-7 months out. Now it is just about as thick as it was before and I'm almost a year out. I was kind of hoping the hair would not have come back since I have so much to begin with. Congrats on the amount of weight loss you have achieved. Way to go.
