Your life will change in so many ways - some you can anticipate, some you can't. Just make up your mind now that you WILL honor your tool, the GIFT your surgeon gives you. UNDERSTAND that this whole WLS thing is for the REST OF YOUR LIFE, not just until you lose the weight. If you have your head on straight, you can and WILL be successful with it!

YAY for still dumping! I know people that HATE that they dump, and I know people who hate that they DON'T dump!

As of yesterday, I have finally hit Onederland! It has been so many years, that I cannot remember the last time I was here. Thank you to everyone for your support. Even if I am just lurking on the site, it gives me a much needed boost

Oh, I can imagine what fun it was to choose a really cute suit that LOOKED GREAT ON YOU! I do remember the days when it was the lesser of 7 evils - I would just hide what I could and then......getinthewaterreallyfast. I am looking forward to the day that I will post something similar to this.

My Honeymoon sttage is definitely over. I am 16 months post op or so, Gained 20 Lb since Jan, but have held steady for 4 weeks and do plan on a new push back to my lowest weight by Labor Day.
235# down 140 from pre-op weight and feeling pretty good.

I guess it is Monday. I'm still home on my medical leave, so the days are starting to run together, lol. Minus 30 today- yea!!
