slimfast high protein

I don't have a certain number of lbs. I have to lose but I do have to do a 3 month monitored diet and exercise plan. I'm doing South Beach. For me the only way I can lose weight is to stay away from carbs. Good luck!

Dr.Hornbostel was very specific with want he wants you to drink before surgery...if you have any questions i would definitely contact his office.

Dr Hornbostel's paperwork he gave me said I could choose between Boost diabetic, or slimfast high protein. I checked all the ingredients in the low carb slimfast, it has the same amt.of calories and 4 more grams of protein than the high protein , I am going to call the office tommorow and see if the low carb will be alright. Thanks for the reminder. If anyone else has Dr H and ued the low carb and it was o.k with him, please let me know.

The Wal-Mart there in Sedalia carries high protein Slim Fast. I prefer the power and mix the shakes myself -- cheaper and I prefer the taste better. Carmen2378
