I Can't Believe It!!

My surgery is JUNE 23!! I did not think this day would ever come!   I will be melting all summer long! And not because of the heat!!         Please make some room on that losers bench! I am on my way!!!!

Congratulations.  That is Great news.  I just faxed my psych eval up to MO Bariatrics.  That is the last thing I have to do before they submit to insurance.  So hopefully not too long.   Do you have to do the 2 wk liquid protein diet?   Congratulations again!   It will be here before you know it!   Make sure you keep us informed on how you're doing.         Angy 

I will be starting the liquid diet this weekend, probably. I will be talking to my nurse about it all today during the pre-op class at 3:30! Thank you to everyone that is excited with me, and making me feel so loved and welcomed! I LOVE OBESITY HELP!! YOU GUYS ARE THE GREATEST!!

Good for you!!  The 23rd is just around the corner.  Wish I was joining you.  See my message re slowness of the office.   Let us know how you do on your liquid diet.  That part scares me more than the surgery.  I want recipes!! Jo

To be honest with you, the liquid diet scares me more than the surgery too! I am going to good on it though! I WILL NOT CHEAT! After all if I can not do the pre-op diet, then maybe I should not have the surgery. I know I can do it.  If the insurance has your paperwork it should not take too long to get an approval. Once you get that approval the ball really starts rolling. Hang in there, it will happen sooner than you think!
