Insurance still not filed

I'm getting more discouraged every day.  I talked to Adrian in Dr. Price's office May 27th and she told me my file had been given to Sandi for insurance submision.  I checked with Aetna yesterday and they do have it.  If everything requested has been submitted, what is taking Sandi so long to process.   Maybe I'm being impatient but I've been at this since January.  I would like to have an idea about when I will have my surgery.  At this rate it will be December before I have it.  In January I was told my surgery should be in June if I completed all the requirements.  I completed all the requirements April 28th. I'm going to call the office today. Jo

Adrienne's phone number at Dr. Price's office is 816-932-4683, Email: [email protected].  I think you and I started at the same time and I had a pretty complete chart when I started out.  I finished up with Thelma & Trish last week and Adrienne called me this morning and said that my file has been handed to Sandi and that it would take her a day or two to process.

Jo, I believe they are probably faxed. I am only assuming though.

Jo, I'm so sorry you're discouraged. Hang in there though, I'm sure it'll pay off. I have no idea what the hold up could be, but keep us informed of your progress. Brandy
