makeing a journal pretty?

can anyone tell me how you make your journals pretty (like with flowers?) I'm new at this, thanks, SherryW.

I've been keeping a journal for over 3 years now and I'm still not even close to surgery. I've been very open and honest about my feelings and I don't know if things like "flowers" are appropriate. I use open feelings with some colorful language from time to time. I think content is much more important than being pretty...
