Good morning to all.hope everyone is having a good sunday.we just wanted to wish all the dads a happy father's day.
hope the weather is cooler where you are than down here.we reached 98 yesterday with a heat index of 105.even at this time of the morning it is very humid and sticky already.the temps are supposed to be the same way today.
jan sounds like you are ready to go.we know you are getting excited.that is great that you got someone looking at your place.that would be nice if they flew in for the sale.we are praying that they do.have a good time with your granddaughter today and her family.

yes it was a God morning and good morning too. great day....we got about 60 auction flyers put out....going to Springfield tomorrow to have lunch with our granddaughter that lives in Joplin, they are moving to Ind. and wanted to see us and say buy one last time before they leave...but hopefully they will get to come to the family reunion the second week end of July. after that we will be getting everything together and off we will go.. the time is getting closer and closer. cant wait...we are ready , more than ready....
I had a call from a lady in Ca. today she saw my ad on Craigslist about the house ....she seems very interested.....ask for lots of pictures. i sent her several inside and out , yard and greenhouse, shed all the landscaping. she said she and hubby would look at them and decide if one of them would fly in for the sale. whoo hoo pray that they want to buy.......oh well God will provide. if we are to sell it He will find a buyer for us. I really believe that. We already have enough to pay for the rest of our farm there and plane tickets there as well as doing the imediate things we have to do so everything else will be just money to do some of the things we want to do that arent immediate neccessaties.
well got to go still have stuff to do. and my shoulders and arms sure do hurt.i have 2 sessions at the massage envy place on republic road ....when the sale is over i intend to use them and get my back back in shape.

Hello to all.hope everyone is having a good weekend soo far.hope everyone is staying cool.we are supposed to be in the high 90's here today with the heat index at at least 103 or more.same thing for sunday.
lana i am like you.i love my job by look foward to the weekend.i work a lot of weekends but it bring's me closer to my day off.the weeks just seem to fly by soo fast anymore.i meet all kinds of people at my work.never thought i could do the job i am doing.

hi you two....cant stay but a minute im so rushed and cant decide what to do next so i took a short breather....
have everything out of the house that we are going to sell except the furniture. the morning of the sale we will put some of it out if the weather looks ok....
wish a lot of you could come down ...if you can it is the 25th of this month....a week from this Saturday....
Susan did you all get you a new fridge? if not we will have this really good one here for sale.
wish you all could come and buy it. would make me feel good to know that some of my stuff went to people i know and that they needed it and wanted it.
well got to get back to work....just pulled out my two pretty long ****tail dresses out of the closet size 10s one is bright red and slinky lol ....just dont think i will need these any in Ecuador. dont plan on going on a cruise very soon....

It's just you and me - baby!!! I'm so glad it is Friday. Sometimes I wonder how people who hate their job make it through the week because I LOVE my job and still really look forward to Friday.
I went to the doctor here at school yesterday and she ordered the bariatric lab work and also an x-ray of my shoulder. I got a report back on the x-ray and there is nothing obvious in the bones so that tells me it is either bursitis or rotator cuff. I have an appointment on Tuesday with the Orthopedic doctor who comes in to the school clinic once a week and I'm hoping he will give me an injection in my shoulder. On the things I have done here at the clinic the insurance deductible is waived so the more I can do without going off campus, the better! And I love my doctor here. She's awesome and has no problem saying she's not sure about something or in listening to what I want and need.
Where are you working, Susan? I think I missed that post. I'm so glad you enjoy your hair. I really can't imagine myself without mine. It is so much easier than trying to spread those wisps around!!!
I'm afraid I'm not very sympathetic with people who moan and groan about losing hair after surgery - theirs will grow back - ours was gone before and ain't coming back!
Wish I could see you and Andy - I miss all the "old" members - no matter how much I love the new ones. It really is like a family and we notice when someone is gone.
I'm gonna miss Jan like crazy - but I'm so happy for her and Joe. This is a dream come true for them and how many of us get to live our dreams. I must admit that I am - I just wanted to come back to Missouri and my DH made it happen.
Hugs and loves to you and all the other "readers". I don't care if people lurk. I just hope they realize that we are here if they need us.

Good morning to all.hope everyone had a good week soo far.half of june gone already and almost half a year.time sure is flying by.
how is the weather where you all are.has still be hot and very humid here.supposed to cool down in the 80's by sunday.we had some heavy rain and high winds yesterday morning.sure made it hard to see to drive.look's like we may get a little more today.it is lighting outside now and thundering.the first day of summer is this tuesday already.
jan did you all have a nice vist with your family that came down to see you all.how is the packing and getting ready to move coming along for you.
lana sound's like work sure is keeping you busy.i think of you everytime i put on a hair piece.i still have all the ones you gave to me thanks.i never could wear them working in the kitchen in the nursing home in missouri but now that i work in the store down here i wear one every time i go to work.people tell me all the time how good they look on me.makes me feel good about wearing one.the one lady who work's in the floral dept wear's one and you could never tell unless she told you.
it has been a little over two years since i had my surgery and it is the best thing i could do for my health.i dont mind taking vit.s it is all thoses other pill's and shots i had to take.i feel soo much better.

Beautiful day in the Ozarks today. I had a rehearsal at noon across campus (group singing Star Spangled Banner at Spfld Cardinals game) and it was lovely to be out and about. It's been COLD in my office - 70 degrees is just too cold for RNYers - but if we heat up the offices the classrooms are HOT. Such a deal.
Hope you all are doing OK and staying cool or warm as your case may be!! We had some thunder and sprinkles last night but no big rain.
Our caterers in the cafeteria here at school have changed and I think they may be good for me. Lots more veggie meals and seems healthier.
My Magic Bullet broke and I looked on line and found a tutorial on how to fix it and I did it myself. I was very proud. John said he'd help but I was determined I could do it.

Hello to all.how is your week going soo far for you.ours is going good but fast.
did anyone get any rain last night.we did here.rain for a little while was coming down heavy.lot's of thunder and lighting.sure hope's it cools thing's off for a while the weather said last night that we will be in the high 90's the reat of this week if not longer.has been that way for about two week's now.
lana sounds like you sure are a busy beaver right now with all the school work you do.we know it sure keep's you busy.good toi see you on here when you can get on here.we miss seeing you all and everyone else.
