I look forward to the weekend even though I am not working for the summer. I have had a great vacation and am back to the real world. I hope all are having a great summer. I pray for all the people of Joplin and and thankful for all I have. I hope everyone has a great weekend with their loved ones.

yep Susan my tree was all in purple and gold...but all of that is even being sold....im keeping all my really old oraments from when i was a kid and when my kids were little but all the purple and gold stuff will be sold...i have a huge storage tub full of it all. lots of stuff , if you all are needing anything i probably have it.
hope you get moved without incidents....i just hope we can get all of our stuff gone and get everything figured out on what to do next . with all of this clutter my mind doesnt work well lol
Im so happy that Brenda is finally going to get to go home. she has come a long way but still needs our prayers for complete healing. she still isnt totally back to herself.
People in Joplin are getting a lot of stuff picked up but have so far to go. My granddaughter that lives there says that things are still a mess but it is getting better daily. the biggest thing for most of them is the loss of jobs. there are so many that are out of work now and may not ever have a job there again. the other thing is finding houseing that is close to there if they do still have a job ....
such a shame.
Everyone keep my neice , in your prayers , she is having some bad health problems and the doctors havent found the exact reason for it all. ...

jan i remember you told us that purple was your color.i think your christmas tree was purple.is rebel ready for the trip.he should like the new place.long as he is with you and joe.furry babies are just like kids.
barbara we know you will be glad when hubby is finally done working.bet you are counting the day's.44 year's of being married is a long time.cong. andy and i will have our 25 year of being married in sept.seems like yesterday.
just wanted to let you all know this is the last post i will be doing till we get thing's hoooked back up at the new place.soon as i can i will be back on here.we love you all and are praying for you all.have a great day.god bless.susan.
ps i just read where randy wrote that brenda is doing good.she has her not soo good moments but other wise well.she is really working hard.he has been there with her at 500am till around 8 or 9 pm.her movements are doing better and her speaking.her target date to go home is june the 16.

your right about moving becomeing a job....whew.....who knew it would be so hard to decide what to get rid of and what to keep ....i have finally decided oh well it is only stuff. i can get more stuff. probably better stuff and cheaper for sure....any one like the color purple???? i have so much purple stuff to sell....lol didnt know i had so much that was purple ....good grief... oh well onward and upward.
i just will be glad when the sale is over and we see how much we made....sure hope we get the house and trike and truck sold....those are the big things that will make a difference in a lot of things.

Thanks for the prayers. Some good news. Hubby retires on the 30th of this month. He says 17 more days but it is "Working days" LOL...I just say, whatever makes it seem faster. I can hardly wait until I have him home every day. 44 years and I still love having him around all the time.
All this moving I don't envy. It becomes a job real fast.

Good morning to all.how is your week going soo far for everyone.sure has been getting warm and humid.i think we are in for a hot summer around here.
i saw the news last night and they said all the residents in joplin have been accounted for now.134 died.they are starting to remove all the rubble.we have all the family's in our prayer's.
another state got hit by a tornado.the one we had near oklahoma city was a f-5.240 mile a hour winds.
jan how are you doing today.bet you wil be glad to get moved.if you are like us there is things sitting everywhere.just thinking where did it all come from.
lana good to see you on here again.you look great.how is your hubby doing.
barbara sorry to hear about all the things going on in your life.you all are in our thought's and prayer's.how is your hubby and baby.
i better go for now.we are going to take a load to the new place before i go to work.then sat morning we are renting a truck to move the big stuff.
i will try and get on here in the morning and make a post.then after that it will be almost a week before i can get back on here.andy will be taking down the computer's and till our cable co which provides our internet too comes out to our new place and hooks us back up.they are busy and could take almost a week to get to us.

Jon i cannot eat pasta either.carbs will just make you more hungry my husband can tell you that and pasta does not go down well for me.after surgery carbs were not my friend anymore.even if i drank a glass of skim milk it would make me sick.i have to get thing's very low in carbs.
