I also believe there are better places to discuss politics but my post was absolutely about
OBESITY WEiGHT LOSS SURGERY and my ability to have it based on my lifetime of paying into my insurance MEDICARE. Was thankful that I was able to have this lifesaving surgery. Fears of
others who follow will not be able to use it because of all the changes being proposed to
balance our Government budget. Medicare is not, nor has it ever been funded by the Federal
Government. May have to be in the future if is continues to be raided to balance budgets.
If you feel this is my stab at a political agenda, then you are very wrong and maybe should go
elsewhere if we can't discuss WLS surgery and the joys of being able to have it. 'nuff said.

so tomorrow morning we are leaving from my sisters to go thru La and then thru Ark to see daughter for a couple of days....am anxious to get home....tired and ready to get things going there. ...for got to get directions to daughters house lol better do that i guess. she isnt living where she was so need to know.
we hopefully will be able to come to the meeting on the 8th....anxious to see everyone....

Sorry, but I don't approve of political rants on the board. I think this is about obesity not Democrat Party agenda.
Thats my opinion and God will have mercy on me because I will vote my conscience and for the person whose views most closely align with mine. But I won't preach on OH - that's why I left Facebook. Don't want to have to leave here too.

Oh, Cheryl. Congratulations and you look so beautiful (although you have always been beautiful). I kind of want to have glamour shots done but I had some nice pictures taken here at school so I should just post those.

Topic: I had some fun.....pictures!!!
Some of you who are connected with me through Facebook have seen them but wanted to invite you all to come to my OH page and see theGlamour Shots I had done for my one year surgiversary. It was the greatest fun and one of the most encouraging experiences I have had.
You have all been a part of that with your encouragement and advice this past year.
Things here are so BUSY!!!! Spring is crazy enough but add having a HS Senior and a graduating Eighth grader, 2 proms, 2 different sports seasons in full swing, church events, work and home and project graduation AHHHH!!!!!! I am bearly treading water at this point! We don't have a free day until MAy 15th at least.
I wouldn't trade these events for anything but why do they come all at once!!!

Sorry I haven't been very active. Just really busy time of the year for my work. All is well here in North MO - and it sounds like everyone is doing pretty good on here. Hoping to get a garden in this weekend, but had to change Saturday's plans to go help a fellow Vizsla owner look for her missing pregnant dog on Saturday - so that will entail a 5 hour trip down to Springfield to help them on the search party. Poor thing got loose a week or so ago and should have whelped puppies on Mon or Tuesday of this week. Poor pup.
Anyway, I'll try to be more active on the site.
