Yesterday my daughter and i went shopping. lol we had a great time and got some really pretty blouses and she got a new dress. Now im wishing i had bought one of them ...really pretty sundresses....then we bought pizzas and went home , in time to watch American Idol....they have got some good ones on there but there are a couple that need to go learn how to carry a tune. lolI have my favorites of course....but more than one ....James, Scotty are two of them....also like the boy that they keep harping on him about keeping his eyes open lol and the girl that sang the bluesy type song...altho she seems a litle awarked on stage but she can sure sing when she sticks with that blues,raspy type of voice.

the weather here in Az has been great....i love it hear in the winter and spring is so warm , at least in the daytime. but being in the desert it sure does get cold at night. down to 40 last night ....
Yesterday there are quail out here all over the place and there is a pretty good size group of them that stay in Teresa yard....looked out and there was a bob cat stalking them so i opened and shut the front door sort of loud and they startled and took off into the tree....if looks could kill that bobcat sure did give me one lol

well going to try and get daughter to let me help her to eliminate some of her clutter today....oh my lord she is a pack rat....not dirty no food or anything like that just clothes and papers...and things. she has i bet 60 purses , bags and backpacks lol  not sure what she collects all of this far. but hope to get some of it put in boxes at least to eliminate some of it in her house.  she has nice stuff as far as funiture and lots of pretty thing but she has lots and lots of pretty things. lol just too much i told her she needs to stop ....and food she has so much of it she could live for the next year at least without ever going to the store except for milk maybe. no joke. love the girl but she has got to quit....i told her that if she really wanted to save money to try to not buy anything at all except what she just has to have for the next 6 months. and see what it does for her budget and for the excess in her house. lol oh well not my house just wish she had more room in here. lol

well im up and raring to go so will get off her and get dressed and go do something ....talk to you all tomorrow.....

I don't really have any profound advice for you, but just wanted to say that I've been through thyroid cancer myself, In november of 2005. If your TSH is too high that could explain your weight gain. That would mean that you aren't receiving enough synthroid. But you say that your dosage has gone down so I'm assuming your TSH has been too low.
I only see an endocrinologist for my thyroid and he has had me on TSH suppression therapy (Keeping my TSH 1 or less) since I started synthroid.
Again, I'm sorry I don't have any great advice, but just wanted to show my support. Keep thinking positive thoughts.

As some of you know I am about to go crazy with my weight. No loss in 8 weeks now adn I am actually agining slowly and steadily. I am up about 5 lbs but I am smaller in measurements and sizes.
My questionis about my thyroid, I had cancer several years ago and take Synthroid which has been way over corrected since surgery, We keep decreasing the dose but my tests are still reading very over corrected. I went from 3.5 to .88 in dosage. Do you think my weight gain is related to the thyroid? If so , what might it mean? I go to my primary Dr on Monday and get the next blood results, she wants to send me back to a specialist if things don't change this time.
I really can't emotionally take the scale going up every day. I once gained 100 lbs in 100 days when it went bad......so I'm terrified.
Any advice?

wow  did the wind ever blow here yesterday....you couldnt even see the mountains that surround Tucson for all the dust and sand blowing....horrible horrible  wind ....and then it rained ....,not a lot but some but you would have thought it was coming a flood ,,,,the weather men were all excited.  had all sorts of papers in their hands with reports of a few sprinkles here and there lol ....is like ours do when we have big storms and reports of tornadoes...lol

today my daughter and i are going to go get massages from Massage Envy again this evening. man they really know what they are doing....my back is feeling a whole lot better....i know there is one on Republic road there...if you really are having pain anywhere not just your back  they can really help it. 
but be sure and ask for a deep tissue massage. cant be wimpy if you  want it to help...

well been buying my daughter prett y flowers and plants i guess cause i cant buy any for me yet . next stop is to stop at sisters house back in Houston and help her do a big flower bed out in front of her house.  she loves flowers but doesnt want to spend much time on keeping them pretty so i think i will get her to buy Vinca....not the vine but the plants that bush you can get them in all sorts of pretty colors and they get bushy and big over the summer and dont care if it is hot and dry or wet or what so they are good for someone that either doesnt know what they are doing or someone that dont have a lot of time to do with....

wow was it ever windy here yesterday, sand blowing everywhere, and im sneezing like crazy, went to wal mart and bought some nasal spray to keep nose cleaned out dont know that it is helping much lol
going to see if we can get daughters washer fixed for her today....the water doesnt want to go out of it when it goes into spin cycle so sounds like a pump...or the relay switch. will see. may cost too much to fix since it is an older washer....
also today we have to go get a new front tire on the trike , we put it on craigs list out here while we are here and have had some interest in it....would be good if we sold it here then wouldnt have to drag it back lol we have enjoyed riding it in the mountains here. sure wish we could take it with us to Ecuador. that would be some great riding there ....oh well maybe we can buy one there sometime

are the daffodills and tulips blooming there yet? i hope the deer havent eaten mine all off. but if the tulips have come up i know they have....darn deers.....

not a lot more going on here right now....daughter had to work saturday night and last night so she hasnt gotten home yet but we will have this whole week to play so will see what we can get into....lol
