that would be great on the bubble wrap and boxes...we are going to try and mail a lot of stuff to ourselves before we go over....really will mail it to a friend of ours and they will hold it till we get back  you are more than welcome to come down and see if there are any flowers you want....

 I want to come down before you have your yard sale. I am sure I can find a flower or two also and I might even be able to help do some packing. Lord knows I have done enough of it. Should I start saving bubble wrap and boxes for you?

Looking forward to my first Support Group in Missouri tomorrow!  Can't wait to meet some kindred spirits and hopefully take a few tips home!

I am tired - we're getting new carpet in our bedroom and closet and moving everything out of the way is the pits. Didn't know I had so much stuff until I had to move it all. Plan to sort stuff when I move it back and take a load to Salvation Army. I've gone through shoes but need to go through jeans. I keep saving ones that I don't like and I don't know why. It is a mental illness I think - keep worrying that I'll need the bigger or smaller ones and not have them. I've pretty much settled at a 7-8 so I'm hoping to purge some of the others. And then there's shorts and capris to go through. Yuck.

It is sooooo cold this afternoon. Thought it was supposed to be sunny and warm but it's NOT.

Don't have any plans for the weekend and that's good since I have all the moving stuff to get done. I only clean every other weekend and this is not a cleaning one.

For all of you that know how I forget I'm not normal - I did it again yesterday. Went to lunch at the Union Club here at school and they had corned beef and cabbage and boiled potatoes. I only had corned beef and a little cabbage but I either ate too fast or didn't chew well enough and boy did I have a couple of bad minutes of being stuck. Chewed up some papaya tablets and stayed in the restroom because I really felt like I might throw up but it passed on through and I was fine. Went home and John had cooked - you guess it - corned beef and cabbage. I made sure I cut the meat in tiny pieces and chewed forever - literally it took me 15 minutes after John was done. But I felt fine. Every once in awhile I need a smack up side the head to remind me to be mindful.

Jeannie, I'm so happy for you. You have done such an amazing life change.
