The Ladies Name Was Shultz..Is Their Any Others? I Live In LIncoln,,Need One In Lincoln Preferably. I Didnt want To Do It But I Need A New Style As My Hair Is Getting Too Thin. Shelly, You are welcome to join us any time you want.  Starting in December our meetings will be twice a month, the first and third Tuesday of the month.  They will be at 7pm in the conference room at the Litzenburg Hospital in Central City.  We are hopeing to be able to have guest speakers as frequently as possible.

Dear Barb and Jimmy, Thanks for making the trip. It was delightful to have you there. It was what I needed to get back on track. I did a phone conference call to a support group that was sponsered by the Bariatric Support Centers last evening. It was neat. There were over 20 folks on the call from all over. The moderator got everyone involved in the discussion of fluids and avoiding dehydration. It was interesting and I learned some new things. If you picked up the Bari.com card for $10, you can go to their website and check it out for further details. They do 2 free groups per month on telephone or skype for free.
