Topic: Where did these welts come from?

Hi everybody. I hope everyone met up at the support group saturday and had a good time. I could not go as I have developed some type of itchy welts and rash since last week. Went to ER, they think it may be a filler in the chewable bariatric iron vitamins I started taking recently.

I think it's soy milk. Well after an injection of benadryl and something else I was sent home less itchy however, comatose.

I slept the entire day and still feel woozy today. Has anyone else had any type of rash due to vitamins or medicine after your surgery?

Topic: New to Vegas - need a Dr for follow up

Hey Vegas Losers, I just moved back from Chicago and need to find a doctor for follow up. I had my surgery in Aug 2008 and am down about 100 pounds. Unfortunately I have been having trouble keeping food down for about the past 6 weeks. I am sure it is because I am eating too fast or the wrong kinds of foods, but want to follow up with a doctor to get their advice. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Also, are there any RNY support groups or nutrition-type groups here in the Valley?

I would love to attend. I have yet to find a support group. I was banded on Oct. 7, 2009. I am a Dr. Umbach patient but have been looking for a support group near me. I live 10 minutes from Mountian View. Please send me a email with date, time and where. I will be there.

Next Saturday is the Henderson Heritage days event and forgot we are going to that with the classic car show. We have a few guys we work with that put their cars in the shows. Hope you all have fun!
