Welcome! I have found this to be a very informative and encouraging and supportive place. Good luck to you!!!  I have to be on a 3 month supervised program before my insurance will consider me.  I just copied and pasted a ticker.  This is a learning process in more ways than I ever imagined!!! But I keep staying up WAY toooooo late!!!!

. Welcome, I'm new here too.  I'm just starting my journey.  In fact, I haven't even gone to the informational seminar yet.  I'm going this coming Tuesday. I hope I'm approved as fast as you were!  According to my insurance, I have to have a bmi greater than 40 or greater than 35 with at least one co-mobidity.   My BMI is 38.8 now, but my PCP said that my BP qualieies me for a co-mobidity...  Plus, my cholesterol was elevated last January and I'm sure since I'm gaining weight that it has improved any... I can't wait to get this ball rolling!
