Something I like to do is to put a "SAMPLE" of the weight in my mind - for instance 100 # equals 2 - 50# bags of seed 2.5 grand-daughter (mine weights about 40 lbs) 12 gallons of water You might want to take something near and dear to your heart - your pet, grandchild, etc. It's crazy!!!! R
