Way to go Denise!  I'm with the others on a clothing exchange.  My size has been dropping so rapidly that I don't want to go out & spend a whole lot of money.  Ruth ~ let me know how I can help.  I'd be glad to volunteer some time, etc.  Anyway, Denise, I'm very happy for you!!!  Keep it up...

WHOOO HOOO !!  WTG Denise.. I guess that the saying is true then  "If you aren't losing weight, by lbs...then we are probably losing inches"   I've been at a stall for about 6 weeks - give or take...but everyone at work says it looks like I'm losing still !!
  • Pease check out Dr. Connie Stapleton's Website. A lot of good information on there for all WLS patients regardless of the surgery you chose.  Good luck to all and I'm here for you if you want to send me an email.  I'll answer it as soon as possible.

Congratulations, Denise! I didn't measure myself (just couldn't stand to do it) but I wish I had... I know that during the time I was at a complete stall, I must have been losing inches as well, because I kept changing clothes to smaller ones. I guess I'm ?lucky? - I still have one or two more sizes before I have to start shopping... Somehow I think that we men don't really enjoy the interim shopping quite as much as you ladies. Keep up the great work.  Your scale WILL start moving again any time! John

You guys are awesome for volunteering to help!  I am going to get with Dr. Keller and the HealthPlex to find out exactly how this thing needs to go down.  We may set up some sort of process/procedure type document so that we have a template and everyone knows what is happening. Thank you Thank you from the bottom of my little bitty heart!  I just can't take on any more right now with the job change and not knowing what my hours or days are going to be yet.   I knew if I put this out there someone would jump on the wagon and lead it on!  Who  knew we would have several of you!  Sometimes things are better when done by committee anyway!!  LOL

congrats Denise, you are awesome. All of my OH friends are awesome, I just wish I could visit more often to meet people.  I foresee many many longlasting friendships from this journey I am about to take on. Denise you and your sister should be so proud of yourselves, I wish all of my sisters could do this with me.

It's a pretty cool yourney to take with my sister.  I am so glad we got ready at the same time.  A built in support system is invaluable! Denise
