Mushie report if you're interested....
But the sleep study ended up to be no big deal, right? The lady that did mine was so, so nice. I hated that they said I had mild apnea and I had to get the iron lung but this too shall pass. I'm ditching that sucker as soon as I lose enough weight that I can breathe! I've become kind of addicted to breathing...
YES THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY COOL AND HAD ME RELAXED AND LAUGHING IN NO TIME!! I'M A BIG FAN OF LAUGHING AND BREATHING. NO APNEA BUT JAMIE HAD THE WRONG CHART WHEN SHE CALLED ME YESTERDAY. SHE TRIED TO TELL ME THAT I HAD SEVERE APNEA AND SCARED TO CRAP OUT OF ME. WELL COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS THE WRONG KIM AND THAT IS ALL GOOD NOW!!! BLESS HER HEART I KNOW SHE HAS A LOT OF PATIENTS AND PATIENCE!! ANYWAY 11 MORE DAYS!!
Deviled eggs were heaven to me. Felt like they had TONS of taste. I messed up one time in my excitement and asked for mayo to put on some chicken (in a BBQ restaurant) and didn't make sure it was LF or FF. I paid for it an hour later and only THEN realized it was full fat mayo. Yuk. Won't do that again. Other than that I haven't had problems either. Like Denise said, I too have to put the right portion in my kiddie bowl (from the easy bake oven collection) so my head doesn't encourage me to over eat. I'm learning one bite at a time. BTW, Jess contacted me Monday (Thanks Rita). She said this stall on the scale could last 8-10 weeks post-op. That I'm doing everything fine; not to worry about calories, just focus on quality of food that I am eating; keep drinking and exercising and it will happen.

Cindy - thanks for posting what Jess said. I'm worried about my first stall. Unbelievable that it could last 8-10 weeks! How? We don't eat enough to sustain that kind of stall! And, yes, I am a medical professional! NOT!
So you had full fat mayo and you what? Barfed? Are we really that sensitive to fat now?
HEY Glitter,
I am so thrilled to see that your surgery and life in general is going your way. After learning how much my eating habits were going to change after my surgery, I had been feeling a little anxious. Just reading how much easier this has become for you is my inspiration. Thanks a bunch for posting

It's so nice to not feel so obsessed with food. It's just not the big deal it was 2 weeks ago. Will this feeling last? Lordy I hope so. In the meantime, I'll just enjoy the ride! It is a major change of lifestyle but I was so ready. I was sick of being out of control! Somehow I knew this was my time to do this once and for all and to get it right this time!
