Hey girl! It's going to be fine. Normal to feel the way you do right now. I was a shaking freak the morning of surgery. I do that when I'm about to do something unfamiliar. You're going to do great. I'll be up to see you - but you know that. PM me and let me know what time you're going in and let me know if you need anything or if there are any questions I can answer. Just think, this time next week you'll be a little bitty looser!!! Love ya! Cindy

I will come by to see you on Monday evening.  Good luck!  Hang on for a wild ride of emotions!  And, later you will have to hang on to your pants- literally! See you on Monday! Denise

I just got home from the hospital. i had my surgery on Monday. I felt the same way you did. I will have to say the same thing every one else has said. You are in good hands. They take really good care of you. I think the waiting is the hardest part. Good Luck.

Little Miss Cajun Gal...you're going to be fine.  I know you'll have a fellow Cajun in the OR with you and there's at least one more on staff at FBH.  You are in the best hands I can think of...I am so proud to be able to say that I got sleeved at FBH.  They will take excellent care of you so just take a few deep breaths and try to relax.  What you're feeling is completely normal.  I just happen to have an appointment at 3:00 on Monday so I'd love to stop in and offer encouragement!  Please post your first name so those of us who don't know it will know who's room to check for on Monday.  Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy those liquids!!!  We're ready for you to join us on the bench!  Wendy

THE HARDEST PART IS THE DECISION.  The rest is a lot easier.  I don't have one regret for having done it and you won't either -- after the first day or so.   They really do take great care of you, so don't worry.  And with all the support you have from us, we'll help you through anything.  Keep your chin up and buy a smaller pair of pants -- you'll need them soon !!!  Lynette
