Let's Shout Out Our Tuesday Exercise!!!
I have been cleaning my house all day. That in itself is a workout. I have taken out 4 bags of trash and about 6 boxes out of the closets I dont need anymore. Threw away some old plastic plates that were getting warped, got rid of some old paperwork I didnt need anymore, sorted through old clothes to see what I could wear again. Been a busy day. AND I am still not done.
I haven't been able to go for my daily walk for almost 2 weeks now because I did something to my knee. My dr. initially thought I might have a blood clot so I spent a little time in the hospital getting checked out. No clot though! (I had a stroke several years ago so that is the first thing that the drs. look for if I have pain, espiecially in my legs.) I am definately getting better but still not quite well enough to walk a few miles.
However, I was able to clean out my pantry today so I guess I could count that as a little bit of exercise. Hope to be back to normal soon.
