I was doing so much better today without those nasty spasms that I got a little ahead of myself. I did not get all of my liquids in, but got closer than yesterday. i just took my evening multi-vitamin and then immediately took my prilosec with a small bit of water (still waiting for my insurance to approve the protonix). Within seconds I was hanging over the toilet.  1) guess I need to wait a bit between each next time, 2) jello is a godsend! 3) the chicken broth from the WeightWise market is NASTY! If anyone knows where to find the Herb Ox PACKETS please let me know. I like those the best but can only find the boullion cubes which have much more sodium.

Nancy, I heard either Crest or Walmart has them. Not sure but maybe someone else will know.

I bought Herb Ox at both Crest and Wal Mart.  It is so much better than the rest.  I found the boxed and canned broths to be really horrible.  I only found sodium free at one of the places (can't remember which) so I mixed it with a regular boullion cube and made more broth to sip on.  It was yummy!  I know I am one of those weirdos that still like broth after the liquid stage. If you can't find it in south OKC let me know and I will meet you somewhere to deliver the good stuff!  A girl has to have good broth to survive liquids! Yes, the tummy will rule how fast and how much you can take in anything.  The banana rules the roost!
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

I found the cubes at Walmart and Dollar Tree. I will check Crest tomorrow. Thanks Denise. Another thing -- I never liked broth before!

Nancy, be glad you can tolerate broth at all.  As soon as I left the hospital, a switch went off and killed the broth for me.  I hope you're feeling better! T.

Call your regular doctor and ask if he has samples for you.  That's what I did and he gave me enough to last the first month.  Of course my insurance didn't want to approve it !!

And do you want to know the maddening part -- my pharmacy provider is Medco. i WORK for Medco! They approved almost 20K of factor but are balking at protonix!
