Yeah!  I'm happy that you're getting it done, but what has changed since the last time you had it taken?  Are you eating more beef, changing the vitamins?  i'm just glad you feel healthy and you've got your act together!  Proud of you! T.

Here is the history, my act has always been there it was just the right mix.  I started taking BA chewable vitamins, they did not work, so I switched to Low FE from Wal mart and they did nothing, so now I do Members Mark Iron from Sam Club one is 50mg so I take two with 3 Vit C chewables and yeah finally I am there! I have tried but it took awhile to find the right mix ya know.  I also take 4 calciums, 3 womens multis and a b complex and my b12 injection every 2 weeks, I have it down to a science now. Also I have had a rough time since Christmas!  I woke up Christmas morning sick, got over that sinus/eye/throat gunk and started feeling weird, food troubles etc, thought well I have either stricture, hernia or gallbladder, well that started in late Jan right.  I had gallbladder attack on Monday 2-18 getting ready for a friends funeral, didnt make the funeral and spent the day in the ER, saw the doc the next day for my one year checkup lol and had my gallbladder out on 2-21, got the flu for sprinbreak and easter and spent the week alone per doctors orders.  Then in May something pulled where the gallbladder was taken out and had a ct scan, it has been a rough year needless to say.  I am getting fixed next Fri and then foot surgery the next Fri, after that I just don't even want to see a doctor, got it! AB
