Are we ready? Let's Go!!!

Tomorrow is the day we strap on our tennis shoes and start our exercise DVDs together!!! : )

If you're just starting out with the Leslie Sansone *Walk Away the Pounds* dvd, start out with the 1 mile workout and  go as easy as you need. Stop, or modify the movements, whenever you feel the need. She's really good about showing modified moves and starting out gently and slowly. 

Our plan will be to build our fitness and muscle gradually and steadily. Each week we will extend our personal workout time/miles as we are able. Our biggest goal will be improved physical condition and *consistency* in our physical activity. We'll be working to make activity a big part of our day .... every day! (Well, 6 out of 7 , or so) ; )

Get your DVDs and tennis shoes ready. We begin as a group tomorrow!!! : )

P.S. This isn't for ladies only .... guys can do this, too!

I am so pumped-got my DVD ready and my portable player too (I'm out of town this weekend.)

The Cooper Aerobic Center in Dallas now has a lodge-so I'm going to go give it a try.  I've always wanted to go to Canyon Ranch for a week, but I don't have the time or the money....so, I'm going to do a mini-weekend.  Check in Friday, spa stuff and work out stuff on saturday, good dinner, good night's rest, get up Sunday and go out to Kaufman to pick up a python and view a fabulous python collection.  Woooo hoooooo!  Snakes and a hot stone massage-it don't get any better than that
