Hooray! Today is the day for all of us online walking partners to tie on our favorite walking shoes and have great fun and improve our fitness and health. Let's Go! : )

Please report in when you've done your DVD walking and tell us all about it! I'm really excited about this and glad to have each of you as a walking exercise buddy. Here we go!

I started doing the one mile walk on Monday. I get up and do the one mile first thing each morning, so this was the fourth morning. I am going to try to go for the two mile starting next Monday. It has been GREAT!

I did my one mile walk tonight-I just sat the laptop up in the kitchen and did it right there...LOL.

Because you are in your own home, you can control the impact-there is no pressure to go faster, etc. like in a gym.  I had a bit of trouble with the hand raise/kick sequence because I'm just that uncoordinated.

I walked yesterday evening when I got here, and I'm going to walk again tonight.  I'm wearing those funky mbt shoes, and my feet are a little sore, so I'm going to try barefoot tonight and see how it goes.
