Anna's right! It's possible. My highest was 354. You can do this thing! I understand the joy. Keep it up and remember to use it during any "body adjustments" you might go through!

Liz,  I'm so happy for you!!!  You are doing GREAT!!  My DH started at 452 and I was 301.5.  You made me laugh.  When we tell what we had to lose preop that usually gives away our starting weight.  It made me think of work and saying I had a procedure done Thursday and I'm back at work today sitting on my donut....we never talked about what my procedure was but there's no doubt every patient and employee there figures it out when I stand up and they see my donut.  Sometimes you just have to laugh so you won't cry!!! lol  But I loved your post!!!  I LOVE THE WOW MOMENTS SOOOOO MUCH...MINE AND EVERYONE ELSE'S!!!!  My mom hasn't seen me in a while...she almost cried last time she saw me. I am sure she will cry when we see each other again.  Keep these good thoughts for when you hit a big stall...they will get you through it!!!  Hugs, Diana
