I have a date!!
Yay guys!! I just wanted to post that I have a date set... although it is contingent on my losing a few more pounds. I am hoping I can do it!! I just LOOOOVE food so much! Anyway I wanted to post on here for some accountability on my part. I have my next follow up on August 11th and if I am doing well, surgery is set for Sept 3rd. It could have been about two weeks earlier but I am heading to Myrtle Beach in a few weeks AND my mom is having knee replacement. I am set for a busy couple of months!!
WAHHOO on your date! I would suggest that you do what I did prior to surgery drink protein meal replacements and eat lean meat and veggies cut out all the bad stuff...
As for Myrtle Beach can I just hope into the car with ya? Thats where my boy friend lives...LOL and its my second home. The new HArd Rock Amusement Park is now open and its huge....I do envy you for going now...But in late September early October I will be moving there permnanetly....
Good luck to ya! have fun in the sun....

being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it
Congratulations on the date! That's exciting. My last appt there was 7/9 and I had 16 more lbs to go. Next appt is 8/13, so just 2 days after yours. How close were you to your required loss? I am so hoping to get a date when I go in on the 13th. I'm also hoping for 9/1 or 9/3. You can do it! One thing these forums are not short of, is encouragement. Good luck, and keep us posted. Michael
I have a follow up with Dr. B at 8:30 that morning, if you see me, send up a flag, I do not recognize people from pictures well, but will be more than happy to chat. Used to love that food too, it took me 3 months to lose the 30 pounds he wanted too, but I got it done. Keep the faith, it will turn out fine.
