Welcome back T! Your post about trip with the kids made me laugh -- 2 years ago on my 25th anniversary I wanted to go on a trip alone with my husband and he insisted instead on a 3000 mile road trip with 2 eight year olds -- including the hills South Dakota. I survived as well.
glad to hear you are doing well and I hope you have a safe trip back to the Virgin Islands.

Hey T-

Glad you had a good trip with your boys. And isn't it fun when people don't recognize you? ;) It's become one of my new favorite things. Hang in there with the food thing. I'm sure it will get better over time. You be safe and have a great flight home on Wednesday.

Hugs-

Liz

Have a safe trip home, maybe you will feel more like trying some foods once you are back home. I have to say, I also do a lot of supplements even now, as I don't really like eating that many foods. The things I like or crave, like salad or fruits, don't have protein. My mainstay is string cheese (for protein). The only meats I don't have problems with are hamburger and brisket. For some reason, I lost my desire to eat seafood, although I do try to eat shrimp now and then. And I do like my sunflower seeds. Not really a whole lot for a person to survive on.

I am doing some weight training for my arms, lost alot of strength there. Hope to get the strength in upper body back.

Best Wishes for you!
