Yes, seems short...but don't forget that the eggs are partially getting cooked before they actually boil....Wow, look at me...I sound like a pro!!!! My husband would be so proud!

But which time are you going to write down?  7 minutes?  10 minutes?  15 minutes?  Ok, wait!  Dont' do 15 mins cuz that's too long as evidenced by by somewhat darkish colored yolks!  (Ewwww!)

Not a perfectionist fer sure but it would be nice not to have all the white on one side and no white on the other.  I think it's because I'm boiling the crap out of them!!

No No No...Just bring them to a boil...turn them off, cover and let sit. 15 min.  I promise you they are perfectly done! I have done it for ever! It's just the lopsided deal that I can't figure out! lol

Never heard of lopsided eggs before...  maybe I'm just sheltered...  From a man's point of view, i've always taken some eggs, put them in a pot, put in the water and waited or like 20 minutes or something riducluous, then SHAZAM....really hardboiled eggs...  firm is really firm....lol....

hey, i'm a guy, we don't use timers and stuff...

Big love...

I put them on the stove in cold water and take them off after 20 minutes.  That's from start to finish.  Then I rinse them with cold water so they don't turn green.

Good luck ....  now I need to go make some deviled eggs.  That sounds good.  I'm making steak tonight so that should go okay.

I've been using low fat Miracle Whip, spicy brown mustard, horseradish and sometime some sweet pickle relish.  They really have a lot of flavor and good protein!

That reminds me-when I went to Dallas I stopped at the Gainesville outlet and went into the cooking store.  They had one of those egg rocks that you put in with your eggs and it tells you when you are done..........wooooohooooooo.  I wass so thrilled and carried on and on about it-sales lady said she'd never seen someone so happy about an egg rock before.
