Oh, it makes me really happy that your husband is liking it.  I worried that it would be too "small town" for you guys.  Gotta admit I'm a little lost on the windmill thing...?

Oh, it would NEVER be "too small town" for my darlin boy..he grew up in Hannibal, MO before it "boomed" to about 17, 000 people.  He was so excited to get back to a small town he practically piddled all over my floor, lol  As for moi, I am a native NY'er, lived in St. Louis, now Houston...I am gonna have to find a hobby besides clubbing and shopping, I tell ya!

Weatherford is apparently the "wind farm capital of the US".  There are these HUGE windmill thingies out there lining Rt 66.  One blade (out of 3) measures the length of a semi truck's trailer, and is even wider than the same trailer.  Don Quioxte would NOT want to screw with THOSE suckers.  Anywho, here I am, seeing them in the distance and they were fine..THEN DH drives right by one..OMG, a whole new thing to worry about, the whole being harpooned as one comes flying off...gawd....lol

Edited for craptacular spelling and just as magnificent typing skills
