Many people post on all the forums how it takes alot to find a protein that they like. Some spend quite a bit, but most find samples so they aren't buying a huge 5 gallon barrel of it. What kind are your using?
SOME PEOPLE ARE LIKE SLINKIES - NOT REALLY GOOD FOR ANYTHING BUT THEY BRING A SMILE TO YOUR FACE WHEN PUSHED DOWN THE STAIRS.
I got the Champions one at Discount Sports here in tulsa....I think that I might have used too much ice and I didnt put in anything like crystal light.......someone just responded to me and said the same thing about the crystal light, so I will try that in the morning....I will be fine...I am a whinner!!

Discount Sports Nutrition at 61st and Memorial has samples you can buy. I haven't actually bought a big jug of protein, I just use my different samples. I like variety! They are pretty tasty. I LOVE the Champion dark chocolate. So good! I also mix orange crystal like with my vanilla shakes and it tastes like a creamsicle. Yummers!
