Well for me to be 242 pounds I am flexiable...I can raise my legs over my head and watch the loose skin roll like jelly...
my ex father inlaw would ask how was I able to sit on the floor and get up...I would wink and say..ask your son....he would grin.

being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it
