Important "Nosey" CPAP Question.....
I use a nasal mask and really like it. I can't use a face mask because I turn and sleep on my stomach and can't put my fist on my forehead with that darn tube running up my face. Yes, I usually have a round red spot on my forehead from my fist. My son sleeps the exact same way. Anyway, if I have a stopped up nose, I use the heck out of that nasal spray (I just use the Equate). Usually that clears it up and then the air blowing in my nose will keep it clear. Good luck. I can't stand a stopped up nose. Oh, and by the way, Missy Sherry. You're the one that needs to update your avatar with your much skinnier face. I had to do a double take when I saw you to make sure it was you.

That is my updated version! LOL I'm kidding!! To me it is just the same....puffy cheeks! Maybe the cpap is helping to make it not look as swollen!! Man that would be great!!! Thanks for saying my face looks skinnier!! I have NEVER had anyone tell me that!!
22lbs lost and haven't had the surgery yet....not bad huh? Well it is 22lbs on my scale! The WW scale says I need to lose 4 more lbs. (those scales are screwed up bigtime!!)
I am lucky in that I usually lose wt over the holidays when I cook. I know it is strange, but I usually lose about 10 lbs every year at this time. I am so hoping to do that again. I am also hoping that the holidays will make the end of Jan come more quickly.
Michael, I am an equate brand girl too! We have good taste!!! Cheap too! LOL

Like, when you are Christmas shopping... Time runs out before you have everything bought! lol''
Time with family and friends flies by because you hate to see them go... (my family lives out of town)
Time off of work for the holidays flies and you have to go back to work...
Yeah, your time will be here before you know it! Just stick with your diet and do what you've done in years past that helped you lose those 10 lbs over the holidays!
