Exercise Totals for the Year
Been away a while. This is going to sound dorky, but it works for me. I have a calendar and I put a little foil star on the calendar date when I exercise for 30 minutes. So far, I have one star for today, none for 1/1, and two for every day between. As a bonus, I get some extra fluids in when I'm exercising. Off to a good start, Debra!
