Exercise Totals for the Year

Okie dokie Okies-we are doing good.  Keep tallying up those minutes and we'll check in next Monday.  I'm off to saddle up the exercise bike and watch the new season of Biggest Loser.

Been away a while.  This is going to sound dorky, but it works for me.  I have a calendar and I put a little foil star on the calendar date when I exercise for 30 minutes.  So far, I have one star for today, none for 1/1, and two for every day between.  As a bonus, I get some extra fluids in when I'm exercising.  Off to a good start, Debra!
