I'm holding out till Thursday-dr. appt. I can see my body changing due to working out so much more, but sometimes that change is in gain. I KNOW, I KNOW, don't let that stop me from working out, but it's hard not to.
I do know-long term biking means being able to consume more calories.....sigh.




 im getting kinda frustrated with these slow weeks then a week that breaks the stall and then back to the slow weeks again.  booooooo!
