surgergy anniversary

Tomorrow will be my one year.  What a great year it has been.  There is not one part of my life that has not been affected by this decision.  For the better i might add.  As of this morning I have lost a total of 147 lbs.  I am so happy with my new pouch and I really appreciate everyone for being here for support.  You have all made this journey better for me.

I saw you at support group last night and you look great. In fact, I think you were at the first support group meeting I attended back in August or September. I thought you were looking good at that point.

I'm 20-25 lb. from my goal, so I'm beginning to be concerned about maintenance. Be sure and keep us updated on how that works out for you.
