Ok Im almost 3 weeks out and I am supposed to start on fish/flaxseed oil and calcium citrate. Have you seen the size of these pills? Ok I get that you can cut up or crush the calcium citrate but how are you supposed to swallow a fish oil pill when you arent supposed to swallow a pill larger than the end of your pinky nail???? I also think I am pissed that you can get calcium carbonate pills in a chewable form but not the calcium citrate. I hate taking pills anyway but this is just stupid. I am frustrated!!!

haven't been on much lately, but then haven't seen the scale moving much either. I seem to have been at a standstill again for the last month. but now i may have the answer on why.... Last week (June1)I ended up in the hospital having emergency surgery. Had to have my gallbladder out.  I know this is quite common with GBS. but the pain I was having during the night was so bad, I could not sleep and even my sleeping pill did not put me to sleep. I hurt really bad.  about 4:00 a.m I had my daughter come and take me in. by 6 that evening I was in surgery having it out. 
I have been bouncing between 298 and 306 for the last month. this morning I weighted in at 295. I was 317 the morning after surgery! Ouch. lots of fluid and gas that they put in me. I am back up walking and moving around more now and feeling better so I hope this weight continues to go down. I am able to walk around our super Wal-mart now too.   

 Yesterday I found the most awesome thing to help me feel better about how I look after having RNY. I mean i feel great losing the weight but all this lose skin UGGG!!!

 I went to buy a new bra so I went into " TRUE TO YOU Bra Salon" in Tulsa   the have the greatest body shapers made...I have a bodyshaper from a department store and i thought it work good...but when I tried on the ARDYSS brand body shaper it was so much nicer and comfortable - I liked that you can try them on and the people there were very honest about what you needed (bra wise also).

Please go by there and check them out - I know you will love it as much as I did. they are a little pricey ($140.00 approx.) but it smoothed my body fat , especially the back fat - and after having this surgery i have learned that i am worth the money to feel good about how God designed me - yes i eventually want plastic surgery for my apron...but until then I have my body shaper!!!

in shirts it is already a big difference ... I am in a 12 in the pic and it fits really good and just how they are supposed to with no muffin top! whoot!
