I know some of these products are still too much for most of us and this is American but there are some good ideas, I think.  The Oikos Caramel Greek Yogurt sounds delcious.  I may have to pick some up next time I'm in the States.

Skip that Greek yogurt it has lots of sugar. Buy the plain Greek yogurt and add some SF syrup.

To me, 200 calories is a hell of a lot for a "treat".  It had better be totally protein packed for me to use up that many calories.

I agree about the sugar and stuff.. I want to try the cottage cheese with yoguart  and things packed with the proteins   nom nom!

BELOW GOAL        Happily maintaining 4.5 years out!!   Life is GREAT!!!  Had my plastic surgery!

KellyB....I did check out about half of the items listed...and I agree with Karen...200 calories somehow just seems way to many...and a lot of them have too much sugar for my liking too...but thanks for making us look!!!  Patti K.
