After a frusterating week of no weight loss and running every day ......and a few weeks of only 1 lb losses.....my scale dropped 3lbs!!! Yippy, and its more funny becuase I had this long talk with my doctor about it yesterday and he said my body is changing and with the amount of running and exercise I am doing I am definalty building mussel and my body has gotten smaller and and shapped different.....I am so happy! 5 more and I will be down 100lbs and then I will need to find the cool 100 lb loss club card everyone has on their profile...I so want that...

Perhaps we all need to start thinking of these not as "stalls", but as "pauses" while our bodies catch up.  To me, a stall lasts more than a month in the active losing phase.

Congratulations Kelli!  I totally agree with Karen.  I find that I tend to lose about 10 lbs over a month then plateau for at least a week and then lose 10 more.  I think our bodies just need time to adjust to the weight lose and exercise.

Keep up the good work and it will slowly but surely keep coming off.

thanks girls, and I agree "pause" and "plataue are better words.

I like "plateau" better as well.  That's what the other WL programs call it, too.
