Pre surgery the thought of cottage cheese grossed me out, since surgery I can't get enough, I f***ing love it.

i am exactly the same!! pre-op, whenever i would go on a diet, i could choke back any of the foods i was supposed to, except cottage cheese. i HATED it. now, it is one of my favourite foods! i love it just plain, sprinkled with some fibre one cereal. mmmm.

I have never liked it...I think it is a texture thing. However, recently I read a post where the person can only eat it blended, so I may give that a try. I think I'll wait till post surgery though. Don't want to get to like something new only to find I don't like it after surgery!
