Stage one - liquid phase

 Hi everyone. Apparently "no sugar added" yogurt is permitted in stage one of my liquid phase.
What's a good brand example of this? They don't mean Greek do they? Seems that would be too thick for this stage wouldn't it?

I used Source Zero Percent sweetened with aspartmine (sp)  fav was lemon merrange

I didn't go through TWH but we were allowed thinned out greek yogurt.  Are you allowed milk as well?  If so you could use the plain greek yogurt and thin it out lightly with some milk and use some SF syrup or sweetener if you find it too tart.

Most yogourts now have a Zero option associated with it.  I found yogourt tasted funny to me initially so maybe get a small sample pack and see how you do rather than the large tubs.  I like Silhouette in vanilla. :)

Source zero and silhouette are good. Just dont eat the fruit chunks
