INFO UPDATE: Trampoline Day!
Okay guys - the date is fast approaching!! Don't forget our trampoline date on Saturday, March 31st at 9:00 AM!!
Some important info you need to know:
1. Sky Zone is located at 3636 Hawkestone Road in Mississauga (at Burnhamthrorpe and Wolfedale, just south of B'thorpe).
2. You MUST have a signed consent waiver to participate. If you do not have one, you can download and print one from their web site: http://www.toronto.skyzonesports.com/
3. Although our jump time is 9 AM, we must arrive 15-20 minutes early to check in.
4. You must wear socks with the trampoline shoes. Please wear socks. LOL
5. They are asking that we all pay together at the check-in, so PLEASE be on time! Remember the cost is $12.50 per person + tax = $14.13 per person!
6. Please folks - if you RSVP'd that you are coming - please show up! lol
Trampolining is very easy on the body and joints, but the aerobic quality is incredible. I have booked only 60 minutes because apparently 10 minutes on the tramp feels like a LOT longer. The facilities are immaculate and very safe and well supervised. I haven't trampolined since I was a kid, but these are very high quality, built-in (meaning ground level so you can't fall off) facilities. There are NO weight restrictions, just a willingness to try something new and have some fun.
I am REALLY looking forward to this! We still have a couple of spots left, so if you would like to come, let me know ASAP.
Any questions? Just ask!
Karen

I can't go, but think it's such a great idea! You guys will have a blast!! In nice weather I work out on my trampoline all the time. I started about 6 months post-op and went until it snowed. I was back up on it last week in the sunshine. It's a great work out!! Very good for your overall health as well.
