Well it's been just over 9 months and I am doing really well! Had a few ups and downs with my weight and will power and self control, but I'm back on track and exercising almost every day. Love going to the gym now - whodathunkit? LOL Got my husband going, and now have friends going with us as well. We really enjoy it. I'm down from 392 at the beginning of all this, and was 331 at the beginning of optifast on July 27, 2011. This morning I was 213.6. I'm so frigging proud of myself and I'm totally ok with tooting my own horn! LOL Anyone thinking this is the "easy way out" has no clue what they are talking about! It is damn hard, but so worth it!

Anyway.. just wanted to give an update. Not as many pictures this time. Have a new laptop and it's a pain in the butt to get everything resized on this thing! lol

Anyone out there thinking of doing this... DO IT! LOL
