Just got home from my 3 month appt with the dietician at TWH and i have lost a total of 90 lbs ....i almost cried with excitement..i am so proud of myself and this surgery is the best decision i have made .. just had to share with others who would understand or have experienced the same..

thanks everyone...all week i psych myself into thinking that i will be the 1% that fails at this..i am seriously trying to not let it get to me and learn to trust in myself..this should prove it...its a learning process for sure!!
